Talha Malik is a dynamic leader and Executive Director of Go Green Youth Centre, a non-profit organization based in East York, Toronto. He is a dedicated youth leader with a wealth of experience in managing recreational programs that promote environmental sustainability and STEM education. Talha's passion for community engagement has led him to develop free youth camps and recreational programs for the Thorncliffe and Flemington Park communities. These are socio-economically significant and comprise newcomers, refugees, and low-income populations.

Since joining GGYC, Talha has overseen the development of four critical programs, including youth summer employment, youth volunteer mentorship, tutoring, robotics, recreational sports and outdoor field permits. Through these programs, Talha has helped countless young people become active, healthy, skilled, engaged, and responsible members of society. His dedication and commitment to youth development have earned him numerous awards, including the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Award, the Member of Provincial Volunteer Service Award and a Certificate of Appreciation from a Member of Parliament and Toronto Police Service.

Talha is known for building strong partnerships and leveraging community resources to achieve shared goals.
